Take the Kensington Expressway (Route 33) to Exit 51 - East, following signs toward the Buffalo Airport. Exit by turning right (north) on Dick Road/Cayuga Road. Take the NYS Thruway (I-90) Westbound to Exit 49 - Transit Road (Route 78). Turn left (north) on Transit Road. Proceed north on Transit Road approximately 1 mile to Main Street (Route 5). Turn left (west) on Main Street. Follow Main Street approximately 1.1 miles. Stay in left lane on Main Street. Just past Williamsville Fire Department (on your left) turn left onto Cayuga at light.
